13. Chicken, Cheese and Peppers
You can for sure stuff your chicken breasts with yummy ingredients, and especially cheese. But let’s try something different this time and use peppers and cheese but let’s sauté the chicken in a pan to keep it nice and moist.
Ingredients:
• 8-10 chicken tenders
• 2 minced green onions
• ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
• 1 small can diced tomatoes
• 1 chopped green bell pepper
• 2 minced cloves garlic
• Olive oil
• Salt, pepper
• 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Method:
Prepare all the needed ingredients. Cut each chicken tender into 3 or 4 pieces.
Heat the olive oil, and cook the chicken with garlic, green bell pepper and green onions.
Season the chicken and veggies with salt, pepper, thyme, and cook until the chicken is done.
Finally add the sundried tomatoes and cook another 5 minutes.
Serve on a bed of rice or pasta.
